2011 was a good year in Crested Butte real estate. From Almont north, we had sales of $108 million in 2011, vs $85 million in 2010, for a year over year gain of 27%. At Red Lady Realty, our sales were up 29% and we remained the top grossing real estate agency in Crested Butte. …
